In both her Womens' circles and meditation groups she includes sound bath healing with crystal singing bowls.
In her Womens' Circles experience she uses crystals set out with intention, oracle cards, journalling, prompts and reflection, somatic movement dance, shaking, short breathwork practice, share and talk time.
